1. yankees win game three of world series to lead the count in 2-1
andy petitte pitched the first 6 innings, with chamberlin, hughes, and mariano finishing the game. a battle of homeruns was the story of the game, with the yankees coming out with a win in philledelphia. GO YANKEES!!!

3. woman denied job at careno clinic in allen, tx for wearing hijab to interview
i was offended for this woman when i read this article in the mckinney news paper. people's minds no longer judge and look at a person for their skills and ability, but rather the assumptions they can make from the person's appearance. you must be mentally unfit if you can catagorize a woman's hijab, a scarf worn over the head for religious reasons in muslim culture, as a hat and even moreso render it against your dress code. grow up and familarize yourself with other cultures and remove your large nose from the depths of your anus.

2. stinking gas prices
i paid $28.00 to fill up my car yesterday evening at a shell in commerce. that is the most i have ever paid to fill up my car, which was not on empty and which also gets great gas mileage and only holds 12 gallons. i am not happy.
